About Us
Our aim is to provide friendly, Personalised, cleaning and Housekeeping services which are tailor made to suit your needs.
We endeavor to send the same cleaner each week; this provides consistency with your cleaning and helps you feel comfortable and reassured with your cleaner.
To help maintain excellent customer satisfaction, all of our cleaners have received supervised training and have excellent references.
We carry out regular quality inspections and will frequently ask you for your feedback.
We provide all of our cleaners with colour coded microfibre cloths to ensure our strict hygiene rules are adhered to in your home, our cleaners have received relevant health and safety training and we are fully insured for you peace of mind.

Q. Will I have the same cleaner every week?
A. Yes, you will have the same cleaner each week.
Q. Do you have a minimum number of hours per visit?
A. Our minimum call out is 2 hours.
Q. Do you offer a fortnightly service?
A. Yes, we can offer you a weekly or fortnightly clean.
Q. Do I have to pay the cleaner separately?
A. No, our cleaners are employed by us - this means you don't need to worry about paying them on the day.
Q. How will I be invoiced and how do I make payment?
A. We invoice monthly and accept payment by cheque or bank transfer.
Q. Will I have to sign a minimum term contract?
A. No, unlike many other cleaning companies we will never make you sign up for a minimum term. We think you’ll stay with us because you want to, not because you’re tied in.
Q. Are there any other fees or costs?
A. No, there are no administration or retainer fees, our flat rate includes liability insurance cover and travel costs.
Q. I’ve had cleaning agencies in the past what makes you different?
A. We are happy to say we're not a cleaning agency and we do not use self-employed contractors. Our cleaners are directly employed by us and because of this we can ensure our high standards are maintained.
